Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Step 3

In blender, mix water, vanilla extract, honey and pineapple. Add to above contents.

Step 4

Drop by spoonfuls on to non-stick baking sheet at 350 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.

  • 1/2c Oatmeal
  • 1/2c Whole wheat flour
  • 1c Sucanat* (granulated cane
  • Juice)
  • 1c Shredded coconut
  • 3T Featherweight* (baking
  • Powder)
  • 1t Salt, Optional
  • 1c Chopped walnuts
  • 1c Raisins
  • 4T Water
  • 2t Vanilla extract
  • 1/2c Honey (raw)
  • 1 16 oz. can pineapple
