Hi I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to give you some tips on cleaning garage floors. First off, you want to sweep the garage floor really well. These push brooms are awesome and you're going to use this again in the next step which will be, if you want to move everything out of the way or if you just want to have it nice and clean because you just got a new sports car, then don't worry about moving everything out and then cleaning it. But if you want to scrub the, like wash the garage floor and wash the concrete, use dish soap and water and get a bucket like this and just use your push broom just like a giant scrub brush or giant sponge. Make sure that everybody stays out of the garage when you're doing this and use rubber shoes so you'll be less likely to slip and fall down and spray it out with a hose to rinse it. If you have oil spills like this one, you want to get some kitty litter or sawdust or something that's super absorbent to put on the oil, let it sit there for about 20 minutes and then sweep it up. Do that until it's soaked up all of the oil and then wash that spot as usual with the dish soap and water mixture that you've made. If you want to paint your garage floor, that'll make it a lot easier to clean in the future because you've put some sort of seal on it. I know there's kits that you can buy to paint your garage floor and it makes it a lot easier to clean. Don't worry about it too much, garage floors are supposed to be dirty, that shows that you're working. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and those are tips on cleaning garage floors.
