• 1/2c Diced onion
• 1tb Brown or white sugar
• 2/3ts Salt
• 1/2ts Black pepper
• 1 1/3ts Dry sage
• 1 1/3ts Celery seeds
• 1ts Poultry seasoning
• 1c Cornmeal
• 3 1/3c Bread flour
• 2ts Yeast

• 1/4c Chopped onion
• 3tb Butter or margerine
• 3 1/2c Cubed or crumbed bread
• Medium or large loaf
• 3/4c Chicken or turkey broth
• 1/4c Walnuts
