Apple Brandy Butter Recipe

Step 1

Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Vacuum seal. Makes 6 1/2 pint jars.

  • 6c Fresh unsweetened applesauce
  • 1c Sugar
  • 1tb Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2c Calvados
  • 1/2c Orange blossom honey
  • 1/4ts Ground cloves
