Asparagus

Damage:
Beetles chew on asparagus tips and foliage.

Natural Insecticides:
rotenone and pyrethrum

Other Methods of Control:

• Dust with rock phosphate or bone meal.
• Shake beetles into a can of soapy water.
• Use row covers early in the season.
