Tomato-Maui Onion Salad Recipe

Step 1

Arrange tomato slices on serving platter or 6 individual plates. Top with basil and onion slices. Sprinkle with oil, vinegar and pepper. Garnish platter with long, uncut chives. Makes 6 servings. Recipe can be prepared at least 1 hour before serving.
