Cream of Asparagus Soup Recipe

Step 1

Cook and drain aparagus, reserving some liquid. Saute onion in butter. Add reserved liquid. Pour into blender; add asparagus, soup and pepper. Blend until smooth, stir in milk.

  • 1 Asparagus
  • 1 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 2 T. butter
  • 1 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 1 cup milk
  • 1 dash of pepper
