Lentil Burgers Recipe

Step 1

Mash the lentils slightly. Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds. Mix well.

Step 2

Form the mixture into 8 patties. Coat with flour.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned.
