Miso Soup Recipe

Step 1

Saute onion, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes. Add miso, water and tahini; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/3c Carrot, minced
  • 1 Cabbage leaf, minced
  • 2ts Oil
  • 4ts (heaping) miso (soybean paste)
  • 4c Water
  • 2ts Tahini
