Automatic pool cleaners are a convenient way to clean your swimming pool. Automatic pool cleaners require no manual labor and clean efficiently. The pool cleaner is designed to move around the bottom of the pool while connected to the pool skimmer. The pool pump creates suction to the cleaner, ensuring that all dirt and debris is picked up. It's important to properly install and set up the automatic pool cleaner.
Remove the skimmer basket from the skimmer unit and remove any debris in the basket.
Connect each hose piece until the hose is long enough to reach the entire pool area. Connect the end of the hose to the automatic pool cleaner head.
Submerge the automatic pool cleaner head into the water. Turn the pool pump on and allow water to flow through the system. Take the open end of the hose and place it up to a return jet valve. Allow the cleaner hose to fill with water. This will purge all air from the hose and ensure proper suction. Turn the pool pump off.
Connect the open end of the hose to the pool skimmer. The hose will fit into the bottom of the skimmer. Make sure the head of the unit stays submerged in the water at all times.
Turn the pool pump on; this will begin the filtration system and allow the automatic pool cleaner to clean the pool.
