Hi, this is Jon and in this clip we'll be assembling our base. To assemble my base, I'm first going to start by attaching my foot to my leg. Now, when attaching these two, we need to keep in mind that from the very base to the bottom of that leg, it needs to be an inch and three quarters. I went ahead and marked out an inch and three quarter, and lined up my leg piece and I'm just going to real carefully flip that over and get ready to screw some pilot holes. Now, there's no exact placement for the screws but you want to drill your holes, so it is somewhat ecstatically pleasing. And, then we're just going to put in a few screws. Continue with the same procedure and you'll have two identical pieces. Now, when installing our stretcher piece, we need to make note that there's about a quarter of an inch setback, so it's moved in about a quarter of an inch on each side. I went ahead and set up my side pieces in a vise and just set my stretcher board on there, at the correct location. And, then I'm just going to drill some pilot holes and put in a few screws. And, you just want to continue with the same procedure until it is completely assembled.
