I'm Bill Elzey with Showplace Lawns. Where can you buy boric acid? Boric acid is found at the local pharmacy and at the grocery store. Boric acid is used for insect control. Most times, boric acid is a powder or a granular substance. And by just merely placing it in some areas, it will attract the insects to it. Then the insects as they eat this stuff develop a sort of digestive problem and thus eliminates the insect. Don't need to scatter it. Just maybe against a crack or something like that or sit it out in some little containers so the insects are attracted to it.
