Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village, in this video clip we would adding the kick plate trim. Before we install those partitioning we need to add this kick plate piece of trim down here at the bottom. The size of that piece is 2 1/4 inches so I'm going to rip a piece of breach to 2 1/4 inches. Next I'm going to plate it down to my thickness of 3/4 inches. After that I'm going to cut my lengths. Then I'm going to put some glue down and you are going to want to make sure and spread that around so it holds just a little bit better. Next I'm going to go ahead and set my trim in place. Clamp it and then pin nail it. Then you can remove the clamps after you have pin nailed it and you can wipe of any excess glue that has squeezed out through that gap.
