Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, we will be routing our sides. If you remember from our gluing process when we attached the trim, we left a little bit of an overhang on each side of our oak plywood sheet. We need to come back and smooth that down now. To do this we will be using a router with a flush cut trim bit. As we move this trim bit along, we are going to be cutting that lip flush with our plywood because this bearing here is going to ride along our plywood cutting that smooth.
