Hi. This is Yolanda Vanveen. In this segment we're going to talk about how do mice enter the home? There's a lot of ways that mice can enter the home. So, the most important thing that you can do is look around your house and find any holes from the outside to the inside. For example even though you've got a screen door you could have a hole in the screen. Mice are pretty smart. They seem to find ways to get into your house. All they need is a small hole, even in a screen, to get in. The same; if you've got any kind of a gap in between the door and the entryway they can squeeze in. It only has to be a hole; maybe a couple of inches across. So, they don't need a lot of room. Even, there's a lot of different ways they can come in. If you've got a cat door or a dog door mice can get in that way too. If you've got a drier vent that has a little bit of a hole around it they can squeeze through; they get in that way. They can come in from under the house. So, make sure that there's no way that they can get under your house. If there are any holes in any way block them any way that you can.
