We've selected a Boxwood plant that we want to transplant into another part of the garden. First of all, we watered the soil, thoroughly, to make it easy to dig. Now, I'm just going to take a shovel and loosen the soil around the plant. Carefully dig around the plant so you don't damage the roots. Okay, now, we're ready to lift it up with the smaller shovel. Lift it up. Carefully remove excess soil, but try not to damage the roots. Try to leave the root system intact. Now, place the plant into a grow pot. We can store the plant like this to be transplanted at our convenience.
