Hi there I'm Melody Mooney and today I'm giving you some tips on how to fold clothes. We're going to be working on folding a blouse today. So, first things first, I have here my cute little blouse. I don't know about you, but I buy things with lots of ties in them. Sometimes that can be kind of hectic to fold, but I'm going to show you a way that you'll make it easy. So, what you want to do first is get yourself a nice flat surface. I always fold on a flat surface like my kitchen table, or you can do it on your floor, or your bed; as long as it's flat. Now, for this, because I don't want anything to snag on my pretty blouse while it's in the drawer I'm going to use some tissue paper; one on the bottom and one on the top. Basically I'm going to put my blouse face down on the tissue paper like so, take these little ties, put them towards the middle. Now, I don't want to tie it, because when you tie something it wrinkles when you leave it tied in. I just kind of loosely put it in the center here. Then I'm going to take my left sleeve and fold it in once. I'm going to take my right sleeve and fold it in once. Then the bottom I'm going to flip up all the way, so the top and the bottom meet at the sleeves. Just like that, simple. Now, after this I'm going to add one more piece of tissue paper. You know all that tissue paper you get at birthdays and Christmas; this is a great use for it. Just make sure that it's white, because you would hate to have, you know, the sun come through and get something that's red or green on your shirt. You want to protect it. Now, to put it in your drawer you can slide it in just like this, if your drawer is big enough, or if you want to you can one more time flip it over and it's ready to go in your drawer completely protected. That is the correct way to fold a blouse.
