Hi I'm Joyce Danielson with Expert Village. You wouldn't want to use starch on sheets because it would make it too stiff. They're going to be nice and crisp as they are but you'd kind of be defeating your purpose by putting starch in there. For instance if you were doing this for a bed and breakfast, some people are allergic to the starch so you just want to use steam.
