Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we will show you how to build a privacy fence around your yard. Since the hole was made too big we have filled it with rocks and now what we are doing is we are going to kind of make a little form for our cement here. This would hopefully hold it in place until it dries. So we are just going to pound in these stakes to hold this form in place. Knock that off. Okay, so hopefully that would hold that and then I'm going to put a little bit of this cement in here. You really don't want to get the cement on your hands too much. So now what we are going to do is kind of gravel this into place. Push the cement around. We are going to start tapping it. What that would do is that would bring the water up out of the cement. So we are going to keep tapping this for quiet a while. Then your rocks would go down and the water would come up and it would smooth off the surface of your cement. I'm going to push this around. You really want it to be higher right next to your post so that the water would not pull near the post.
