Hi there I'm Melody Mooney and today I'm giving you some tips on how to fold your clothes. Alright we're going to tackle sportswear and I have a little system that I know you are going to love so let’s get to it. First things first, get yourself a nice flat surface on which to fold your clothes. I always do it on the kitchen table but you can also do it on the floor or on your bed so long as it's flat. Ok now we've got our surface, because people use sportswear daily I've come up with a little system when you fold things that will help you know where everything is so you can grab it and go. First of all you have your sweatshirt. Put that face down on your folding area just like that. And you have your sweatpants, what I do is I just basically fold them once together, grab them there, going to fold them one more time, just like that. And I put in a dryer sheet just so everything smells nice, sometimes if you use these clothes over and over they can get a little ripe. Ok, dryer sheet. Now here's the magic, left side, folding over, bringing it back to this fold over here, so I have the left sleeve folded nicely. Same thing on this side, I'm going to fold in till it hits those sweatpants, then fold the sleeve back and just basically fold it up. Look at that, isn't that cool. Now when you go and you grab, you know you are in a hurry to go to the gym, boom just take it with you. This is a really cool way to fold your sportswear.
