Hello! My name is Grady Johnson and I'm a professional painter, and today I represent expertvillage.com. Okay, now we're going to talk about pressure washing retaining walls. Now, when you're pressure washing these little retaining walls, generally they are holding back plant life. Don't put that pressure stream right up into the plants. If you do that you're going to damage the plants or even kill them. Also, a lot of times there's dirt and everything that builds up next to it. Be careful with that because you are going to have to work it when you do the decks. Be sure you do all of your retaining walls before you start working on the decks. Also, when you're working on these you may find a loose break or two, so back off if it's going to blow it out or you might have a mess. This is basically how it goes. Now that I've gotten at that good from the top, I can come up underneath it without worrying about the plants if I stay down near the bottom of the wall. Okay. Now that I've brought all that up, I can work down the rest of my wall, and this is how you pressure wash or a retaining wall.
