Hi! My name is Matthew Christian from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, today I would like to talk about the proper use and maintenance of a leaf blower. The electric leaf blower is very simple to operate. It is just a simple matter of just plugging it in and there is no other controls except and an/off switch. Just turn the switch on to use it and turn it off when you are done. It is really that simple. In addition to some of the safety items that we mentioned earlier, it is good practice; don't point the leaf blower towards another persons body or there face. It is possible that debris could come through the leaf blower and hit them in the eye and cause eye damage. Another tidbit of safety is before you turn it on, make sure you are not pointing it towards somebody. But the electric is probably the most simplest to use . Just turn it on, blow the leaves that you need and turn it off when you are done. Now that we've plugged in our extension cord to the back of the leaf blower, we will go ahead and plug it into a receptacle on the wall. One thing that I would like to note is to make sure that your leaf blower is in the off position prior to plugging it in.
