If you would like to grow Japanese Boxwood and you're wondering if this is the right choice for you, most likely it is. Japanese Boxwood grows well in a variety of lighting conditions and a variety of weather conditions. Japanese Boxwood grows throughout most of the United States. Japanese Boxwood does best in full sun or part shade, but you can also grow it in full shade, just be sure that your soil is well drained. You don't want to let this plant sit in water. This could rot the roots. Now, if you live in a climate where it snows, you will have to take into consideration that the plant may be damaged if too much snow or too much ice falls onto your Boxwood. Most likely, Japanese Boxwood will make an excellent choice for you and your landscaping needs.
