This is Charles McMahon on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you how to get this machine started. Over on this side of the machine, we have an on/off switch, also a reset button and to operate the machine we are going to use this lever right here. We have the electric cord wrapped around a cord holder on the back; we are going to plug this in. You can see that it’s not a very long cord. This machine draws 15 amps so if you are going to use an extension, it’s got to be one 12 gauge wire no longer than 25 or 30 feet. In other words, it has to be a wire capable of handling 15 amps and we are going to plug this in to a fused outlet that is protected with a 15 amp circuit breaker. Okay, now I am going to move this thing back into position, again being careful to arch my back; moving this cord out of the way and I am going to sit behind this when I operate this machine and I am going to turn it on in the next segment.
