Hi, this is Grace Fitzpatrick here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to talk to you about prioritizing what dishes to wash. There is a special order that you can think about when you are doing dishes so that things don't come back and bite you later. Have you ever had a nice big breakfast with your eggs over easy and the yolks on the plate and you wipe it up with some toast. Then you leave it in the sink and you come back two hours later and all the yolk is hardened on the plate and you spend ten minutes just scrubbing at the hardened egg yolk. That I find to be the most annoying thing in the world. So I know now when I have breakfast with egg, I'm going to wash that right away so I don't need to deal with that later. There is a lot of things kind of like that. So when you are doing your dishes you can prioritize and do something first to avoid some headaches later. For example, if you just have a glass of water or even coffee, anything water based really you are just rinsing out the glass pretty much. Where as other stuff especially stuff that is to want to clean that. Cause trust me it would be sticky and hard and really hard to get off later. So just think about what you want to wash ahead of time so you don't have troubles later. You also want to think about putting some water with a little bit of soap in it into some dishes to let them soak if you are going to go off and do something before you wash the dishes. In other words, you don't want to let dishes sit there dry with food on it because that is when it cakes on and it is really hard to wash out later. Where it is so easy to just quickly put a little water and a little soap in something and that would soften it up for later and it would really save you time.
