Hi! Stan Defreitas, Mr. Green Thumb for home gardening. One plant that I really like for an indoor plant is an Aglonema, that is an indoor plant. Sometimes for a patio, sometimes for a porch. It is kind of a nice little foliage plant that you can easily grow. It will take partial shade to near full sun. wouldn't give it too much soon. Make sure that you keep it on the most finger so you can use your finger to check to see if it is too wet. You can hold off moisture. If it is too dry, you will know it. It will start getting a little brown on the tip of the leaves so make sure that you keep that moisture level up. Like most houseplants, you are going to plant it in sort of a peaty pearl lite type mix which means it will have good aeration and good fry ability to the soil. Aglonema is one of the standard plants for indoor gardening. You've got a place where you have a fairly bright light indoors, Aglonema's is one of your better choices. you can see it has a nice strap type leaf with a little bit of white and green so it is a nice plant with a nice mixture. Aglonema's make a good addition to your indoor plantings . I hope you will give it a try. For Ron Gardening, I'm Stan Defreitas, Mr. Green Thumb.
