Now that we've washed the spinach, let's show you a good way of storing it. Now, here I use organic paper towels. And we don't use the white bleached paper towels, because those paper towels have been bleached and have substances in there that could transfer over to the food. We take the spinach and we're going to put it out onto the paper towel. This paper towel will absorb. As you can see it's already absorbing any extra moisture that would possibly be on the spinach. And this will enable the spinach from rotting and keep it nice and fresh. And we don't have to worry about it rotting or going bad. And this is a great way of keeping your spinach fresh for your next meal. And that's a good way of storing the spinach.
