Yellow Lavender

Most people think that lavender is all purple, but, in reality, lavender is not only purple or blue, but, it also is white, pink, and believe it or not, there's a yellow. There's one particular one called Lavendula Veritus, and it's a yellow blooming lavender that's gaining popularity over the last couple years. It's blooms....the foliage is a chartreuse green, and the blossoms are yellow. And it has little bracts on top, just like stocus. What's nice about it is it's a very vigorous grower. It's pretty easy to take care of, just make sure you prune it properly so it won't get too big. Because Lavender Veritus is so unusual, it makes a great container plant for your deck, or it would make a great ornamental in your garden.
