Ok, now we are going to make a meal here using the parsley. First, we are going to start out with some lettuce we picked from the garden. This lettuce was just picked and we are going to put a little spinach in here that was just picked. It's nice and fresh. We don't want to get a whole bunch of this. Just a little bit pulled out of our prepared bag. Get it all in the bowl. Break some of it up, because it is easier to chew and digest broken up. We are going to put ... here we are with the parsley. I like lots of parsley in my food. We are going to put a big bunch in there, cut it up, pull it apart and nicely blend it in there. Add a few more things to make the salad more enjoyable: carrots, celery, broccoli, and maybe a little hemp seed to pick up the protein a little more. Bee pollen -- very nutritious. Last, a little bit of dressing to make it taste really good. Mix it all up and here are are, ready to eat our salad.
