Alright, today we're going to, after we've planted some seed, we're going to show you what we want to do as far as weeding and thinning out a bed that's come up. Now, here, the lettuce has come up, and it's a little tight here. You can see these are real close together, and here's a weed right here. So, what we're going to do, is we're going to go through here first and pick out the few weeds that are coming up. Here, we've done the scatter method in planting this lettuce, and you can see by the scatter method, we've eliminated quite a few of the weeds. And over here, we go on down here a little bit, and you can see where the seeds didn't come up as well, we have lots of weeds. So, the scatter method works really good for me. Now, in here, where the plants are too close together, what we're going to do is we start picking the lettuce. See, delicious. We reach in here, and we can have a little seed, a plant I mean. We're going to take that little plant, there's no sense in throwing it away, and we have an area here where there's not many plants. We're going to make a little hole and stick that guy in there, and up she'll come for later.
