I'm Bill Elzey with Showplace Lawns. How to release ladybugs in your garden area. Well, the best time of the day to do that is going to be in the early evening. They seem to want to stick around, and be there better in the evening, than any other time during the day. And as far as how to release them, take them out in your garden area, and the one's I've seen, come in a little sack, and you just sort of scatter them. And let them sort of migrate off, and go where they are. But the key thing to that is, you want to be sure that you do this during the early evening. I'll say in the six, to seven-thirty time frame, maybe, something like that. That's the key for the ladybugs to come out, and to do their job.
