Hi this is Yolanda Vanveen, and in this segment I'm going to talk about, how to start growing grapes. I love grapes and I love wine. So grapes are a wonderful plant to have in your garden, especially if you have an area for an arbor or a fence where they can grow onto. But when you start growing grapes, it's as simple as getting a stark or a root from any supplier, usually they're sold in pots, so you can get them by mail. And most grape plants are grown from grass, that means they take an existing plant and they cut a piece of the plant off and put in root toner, anything that's going to root or in water and it'll grow roots, and then that is what you're going to start from. So even if you have a friend that has a great grape plant, you can always take a part of the plant and start one from that, it's really actually simple. And once you put it in a sunny spot and give it something to grow onto, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor and you can have grapes every fall.
