Hi, I'm Stan DeFreitas, Mr. Green Thumb for On Gardening. We've got the earth box here and, of course, we put soil in, it's beautiful, everything's nice. We've got a nice peat with nice perlite. Everything is wonderful. Of course, what is the key to life? Well the key to life is water, H20. If your plant starts to dry, it starts to die. You need to make sure that you keep enough water in there. Now this earth box will hold three gallons of water. We've already applied some water to it, but you could simply apply some of the water over the little seedlings where you put them in, if you're putting in direct seeds. But if not, you're going to go over here to the patented tube, the filler tube, and we can just see how we can fill it up. Put three gallons right into the base until it comes right up to the top of the tube and you know you have enough in here. If you get too much water in there, well, it's going to go out through the weep hole at the bottom, but that's the beauty. You want to make sure that you do have enough water to make sure that the plant stays hydrated. If you do that, you're going to have good results. For On Gardening, I'm Stan DeFreitas, Mr. Green Thumb.
