As we mentioned earlier, in addition to using texture in your planting, it's also very important to consider the form of the plants that you're going to be using. As you can see here, this plant is very upright and we've paired it with something that is weeping or trailing. This almost forms a mat of foliage. It's very dramatic when paired with this very upright habit of this saliva. I've also added in this other plant which is more rounded in habit. It's going to fill in and be bushy. So, when you provide these three together you get a contrast in forms that provides you that visual interest that makes your containers interesting.
