Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and I'm going to show you how to clean a glass shower door. First off, you don't want to just use glass cleaner on a glass shower door because a lot of times it's built up soap scum, mildew, hard water stains, things like that. The best way to prevent that is to make sure to purchase a squeegee. These things are great for the shower, and if you just go over your door before you get out of the shower every time, it'll help prevent a lot of build up on your glass shower door. Also, leave the door open when you're done showering. The moisture's what causes things to grow and things to stick, so if, the quicker your shower dries, and your door dries, the less likely it's going to be dirty, and the less often you're going to have to clean it. When you do need to clean it, you want to get an all purpose cleaner first, and a sponge, preferably one with an abrasive side so you can scrub it really well if need be. Spray it with your all purpose cleaner, and just scrub it, use a little elbow grease and get all the soap scum, hard water stains, anything that might build up, just scrub it all off. After you clean it really well with all purpose cleaner, and you make sure, if you, you can feel on the glass when you're scrubbing it with a sponge where the rough spots are. After you remove all those rough spots, and all the, you know, impurities and things from the door, go over it with a glass cleaner to give it the shine, make it completely clear, and luckily glass is one of the easiest things to clean. And it's that easy. I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and that is how you clean a glass shower door.
