Hi I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to tell you a little bit about how to clean cat hair off of floors. Cat hair, dog hair, any kind of pet hair, if you have hardwood floors it is really visible is the bad thing and it is really bad two times a year is the other bad thing. My first advice is do not use a broom. You're just going to agitate the hair and send it flying up into the air and then when you put the broom away the hair just settles right back down on the floor. For people with pets use a vacuum. It will such the hair up into this handy little bag and you don't have to see it again, you don't have to touch it all you have to do is suck it up with the vacuum. Make sure to get underneath furniture. The cat hair and dog hair for some reason tends to collect under any furniture, maybe a chair or a sofa table or something like that that you may have on your wood floors. If you look underneath there is going to be dust bunnies and not made of dust. So I say vacuum. If you don't feel like vacuuming or you have one quick little spot you need to get hair up from try a Swiffer or a Swiffer that will get wet that has the wet pads that attach to it and the hair will cling to that wet pad. It will usually, you know, the bad thing about Swiffers is you have to dispose of the rag after you are done with it a lot of times so just be careful of what you want to use but that's it. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you remove cat hair form hard wood floors.
