Hi, I'm Stan DeFreitos, "Mr. Green Thumb". A tool that I really like is the hand saw, and this happens to be one that I've used for a good long time. Now why, well it's easy to work with. It's attractive, it has a nice little handle, and also of course it comes apart almost like you would a knife. The beauty of this of course is that it has 7 inch cutting area, and that these are razor sharp. You could go through a branch probably in 3 or 4 seconds. It's a beautiful tool, it's easy to store, its got a nice handle that contours to your hand, so it makes it easy to work with. It's also of course one that we say fold up, its got a sturdy blade, and it's going to cut right through the average 3 to 4 inch branch I say in no time. If you need a good tool, well it's important. And cutting through things is important. If you got dead wood, you got something dieing, you need to make sure you get through and get it out of there. A lot of people leave dead looking material on their trees and plants, only to have it die back further. For On Gardening, I'm Stan DeFreitas, "Mr. Green Thumb".
