When you go to the store to pick out your plants of course you want to start with really healthy well grown plants. So this happens to be a Snap Dragon and what we would look for in this is a very tall well branched bright green, very leafy it looks like it is very healthy and it is okay to take your plants out of the pot gently and look at the root system. And on this you can see these great white fibrous roots and if these roots were brown this might be an indication that the plant had a root disease that of course we would not want to introduce in to our garden but this plant has great roots.
