By letting the weeds grow up and encouraging growth right here, then what we’re doing is finding out what kind of problems we might have in the future with it. And by doing it this way, the newly turned soil has a chance to mellow a little bit, it gets rainfall- we’re watering it to encourage growth. And what this will allow is once you begin to plant it, you do not have the type of weed problems that you would have if you were in a hurry with it.
