NuMex Joe E. Parker
NuMex Joe E. Parker is an improved version of New Mexico 6-4. It has thicker walls, more flesh and longer peppers than the original. This Anaheim type pepper is excellent for roasting, stuffing or chopping for a variety of dishes and is commonly used in New Mexico to make the dried pepper wreaths. A very mild hot pepper with excellent flavor. A unique feature of this pepper is its incredible production after the initial harvest. These peppers turn red quickly after they are green.
