Yellow Wax
A medium-hot Old World favorite, Hungarian Yellow Wax pepper is the perfect pick for pickled peppers. Other favorite uses include salads, frying canning and roasting.
Developed in Hungary, this pepper has a waxy color that resembles bees' wax. Wax peppers are actually orange-red when ripe, but are usually harvested while yellow.
