These very attractive daisies are drought tolerant and make great cut flowers, even though they close when shaded at night. In warm winter areas such as Arizona from Phoenix south and the high deserts of Southern California, African daisies can be planted in the fall for late winter and early spring blooms. This plant is not recommended for coastal areas.
