1 cup Sliced
carrots
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Sliced green onions, including tops
2 cup Cored, chopped apples (unpeeled)
3 cup Cooked brown rice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Seedless raisins
1 tablespoon Sesame seed
In large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add onions and apples. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
