Neptune Appetizer Salad
Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
2 Red Delicious
apples
1/4 cup clear French Dressing
6-8 oz. Alaska Snow crab, frozen or canned
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
salad greens
Method:
Dice apples and toss with French dressing. Drain and slice crab. Toss crab, cucumber and celery with apples. Chill. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Mix with salad. Serve on salad plates lined with greens.
