Ingredients

Golden Delicious apples
Granny Smith apples
Red Delicious apples
Choice of assorted cheeses: Cheddar, Blue, Brie, Edam, or Swiss

Method: Arrange apples and cheeses on attractive cheese board or platter. Set out apple cutters, if desired, and cheese knives. To serve, cut apples in wedges and serve with choice of cheese.
