The daisy, an interesting flower, opens its delicate blooms during the day and closes them at night. Daisies symbolize purity, innocence and loyal romance, making them an excellent flower choice for weddings and other endearing occasions. Making your own daisy bouquet allows you to experiment with different styles, colors and companion flowers.
Spread the flowers out before you and inspect them for any dead or wilting foliage. Carefully remove any wilting leaves with the scissors, making sure not to nick or cut the stems of the flowers.
Snip approximately 1 inch off the bottom of each stem, at a downward angle. The stems will end in a point.
Bundle all of the flowers together and place them, stem down, into the vase of water.
Spread the daisies throughout the bouquet to even out the look.
Re-situate each yellow rose to place in the exact center of the bouquet.
Spread the snapdragon flowers throughout various parts of the bouquet for an added splash of color.
Present the vase bouquet to a cherished friend or another special person in your life. The yellow roses in the center of the bouquet symbolize loving friendship, making great companion flowers to the delicate daisies.
