Taco Dip

 

1 lb. lean chop meat
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
1-1/2 tbs. chili powder
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 (16oz) can red kidney beans (or you can use refried beans)

Topping:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup stuffed green olives
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 tomato, diced
taco chips

Cook meat and onion in a hot skillet. Add ketchup, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Mash kidney beans in a food processor or place in a saucepan and heat, then mash. Add the beans to the meat mixture. Heat to a simmer. Pour into a bowl and top with the cheese, olives, onion and tomatoes. Serve with taco chips.
