Can a Mulching Mower Be Used on Damp Grass?

Do not use mulching mowers on damp grass. Damp clippings can turn into clumps and dull the blades, clog the mower and make the engine work harder. Clumps of grass left behind by the mower, can kill the grass underneath it.
