Does a Landscape Rake Grade Better Than a Box Scraper?

A landscape rake is designed to sift through loose dirt to remove debris, not to remove or grade a large amount of soil as a box scraper does. For the best results the ground would need to be plowed, then raked, which is double the effort of using a box scraper.
