Thrip Information - Thrips Pest Control

Affected Plants:
Onions, beans, cucumbers, melons, tomatoes, many flowers.

Damage:
Sucks sap, scars fruit and leaves, transmits viruses.

Predator Insects:
Green lacewings.

Natural Insecticides:
rotenone and pyrethrum, Soap-Shield, tobacco dust, sulfur dust.

Other Methods of Control:

Keep the garden clean and free of debris.
Place aluminum foil on the ground under plants.
Use yellow sticky traps.
